Samuli Torssonen is a Finnish film writer, director, actor, VFX artist, and producer, best known as the creator of the Star Wreck series.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Samuli was born in Finland, on the 12th of November, 1978. A life-long Star Trek and sci-fi fan, Samuli began making his own Trek parodies back when he was still in school, with the first instalment of Star Wreck being created in 1992.
He currently lives in Tampere and works at Energia Productions and Troll VFX. He is brothers with Janne Torssonen, who is also a member of the Star Wreck team.
