Star Wreck: Timecrash was set to be a short live action film, the seventh instalment in the Star Wreck series, set to release in 2015. It was cancelled in 2022.

Synopsis

'Timecrash' was to take the franchise to a new dimension where the Soviet Union rules future Earth. The Communist utopia was to come to an abrupt end when a race of demonic aliens zealots - The Grind - launched a surprise attack on Earth. Only one man could stop them – the one and only Finnish Captain Pirk!

Trivia

• In 'Timecrash' Pirk and his crew were meant to drive a nuclear-powered - Rocket-Lada, which was heavily advertised on Star Wreck's official Facebook page and website. The team apparently bought and modified a real used Lada VAZ-2105 for the film. After 'Timecrash' was cancelled, Samuli stated that the Lada is still going to be featured in the upcoming full-length sequel.
